I wonder why I miss you more than normal just because I’m farther away. Somehow I feel the distance and it makes my heart heavy. I wander around this beautiful old city & I see things that make me smile & instantly I want to turn around & show you. But you’re not there to share the little moments here. I wonder why it’s harder not being able to share the moments here than at home. I have a dozen things on a normal day that I wish I could share with you, so I’m not sure why this is different.
